Today is Justin Bieber's 17th birthday. Looks like he got an early birthday kiss from a certain someone.
Bieber and rumored girlfriend Selena Gomez appeared together on the red carpet at the Vanity Fair Oscars party, cuddling and looking all cute. But apparently, that's not all they did. And it's been caught on film!
The outrageously sparkly Pop Candies TV put together a two minute long video of a two second long kiss exchanged between the teen stars while waiting in line outside a party. Not exactly super romantic, but there was lips involved. And every teen girl in America is now jealous. Though, of course, this isn't the first time they've been caught kissing -- there was that New Year's Eve yacht smooch.
