St. Louis Mardi Gras honors “American Treasures”.
(KMOV)–St. Louis is celebrating Mardi Gras with the 32nd River City Grand Parade honoring America’s greatest treasures. The parade begins at 11 a.m. at the River City Parade staging lot at 7th and Cerre Street, just south of Busch Stadium. The parade travels south on 7th and through the city’s historic Soulard neighborhood.
