Previous meetings: Stanford wins 85-57 at home. Oregon State wins 87-80 at home.
KenPom says: Stanford wins 71-66 with 69% confidence.
Both these teams faceplanted into the tournament. Oregon State losing 7 of 8 (the lone win over Stanford) and Stanford losing 5 of 6 league games.
The last time these two teams met, Stanford posted a 117.4 offensive efficiency...and lost. The Beavers topped that by putting up a staggering 127.7 efficiency number. So maybe we will see lots of scoring! That's a good way to hold interest in an opening round tourney game.
