he Wall Street Journal reports that Charlie Sheen is in escrow to buy a Mediterranean-style Beverly Hills mansion from Hollywood producer Mike Medavoy (of Black Swan). While Medavoy just bought the house six months ago for $6 million, Sheen is reportedly paying the full asking price of $7.495 million--which makes the property just one more in a string of smart investments for the producer.
The same probably goes for Denise Richards, as TMZ reports that Sheen "went ballistic" on her yesterday for refusing to allow their children to visit his house for a Dateline interview.
The official listing with Jade Mills calls the home the "crème de la crème" of the Mulholland Estates gated community. The 9,000-square-foot home has six bedrooms, eight bathrooms and sits on a half-acre lot. The kitchen has been redone to include Bosch appliances, and the master suite has been renovated to include custom closets and french doors.
